Reservation of Rights The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Refund Policy (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. The Company further reserves the right to refuse any refund request that does not comply with our stated policy, or any request that is suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, in bad faith, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility and Conditions Refund eligibility is strictly conditional upon the Customer's adherence to all procedures and requirements set forth in our full Refund Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

Adherence to specified time limits for initiating a refund request (e.g., within 14 days of purchase/delivery).

Provision of valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

For physical goods, the item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

6. Shipping and Handling Costs Unless explicitly stated otherwise in our full Refund Policy (e.g., for defective goods), all shipping, handling, and return-postage charges are non-refundable. The Customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s) to the Company.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any and all claims arising from or related to a purchase or refund request is strictly limited to the actual amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service in question. We offer a 14-day return and refund policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

The request must be made within the 14-day window.

You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom-made or personalized items

Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Non-Refundable"

Personal care or health items (due to hygiene reasons, e.g., cosmetics, masks)

Services that have already been fully performed

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, no longer needed)

Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within [e.g., 48 hours or 7 days]) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by arranging for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
General Returns: You (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified 5 business day period:

First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Next, contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

9. Exchanges

[Option 2 - Direct Exchanges]: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return process outlined in Section 4 and specify that you would like an exchange.
